:Bonsly only appears at the spots once it's scared off the S.S. Libra.  If you want to make it not flee, use the same tactics you were using aboard the S.S. Libra before you got rudely interrupted.  Once you're successful, you'll be able to successfully return Bonsly to its trainer, after which it will no longer appear at the spots.

Bonsly only appears at the spots once it's scared off the S.S. Libra. If you want to make it not flee, use the same tactics you were using aboard the S.S. Libra before you got rudely interrupted. Once you're successful, you'll be able to successfully return Bonsly to its trainer, after which it will no longer appear at the spots.
