I've encountered Golduck at level 13 and 15 (which is weird) on this route before on my SoulSilver version. Is my game off or did someone do the numbers wrong here? If it helps, I've used Action Replay on the cartridge before for legendary pokemon encounters, but not on this save file. | |||

Headbutting
Why are there so many different settings for headbutting.
Are the common ard rare actually necessary, because the numbers don't make any sense (i.e. they don't add up to 100).
If anyone can somehow explain why this is like this, please tell me, as I'd like to know.

Pokemon Encounter Levels
