Eccentric is an ability introduced in Generation V. Only one Pokémon can have this ability, and it is obtained through the Dream World.
Effect
In battle
As soon as the user comes into battle, it Transforms into its opponent, copying the opponent's stat changes. Eccentric will not Transform the user if the opponent is an Illusion.
Outside of battle
Eccentric has no effect outside of battle.
