A Cipher Admin (Japanese: シャドー幹部 Shadow Executive) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games, debuting in Pokémon Colosseum. In this game, it refers specifically to Miror B., Dakim, Venus, and Ein. They are each battled in their main location for the first battle, and each of them rematch Wes in Realgam Tower.
In Pokémon XD, it refers to Lovrina, Snattle, Gorigan, Ardos, and Eldes.
