Water Absorb (Japanese: ちょすい Water Storage) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Twenty-one Pokémon have this ability.

Effect

In battle

Water Absorb heals one quarter of the user's maximum HP when hit with a Template:Type2 attack. Therefore, the user does not take damage from Water-type moves.

Outside of battle

Water Absorb has no effect outside of battle.
