Actually, if it is resigned within a minute or two it doesn't really matter. Especially if, as in this case, it was done in the same minute, so the timestamp isn't actually wrong. And yes, you can add sutff below it, but personal content must go on your userpage, which you uill be able to create after a certain time and a certain number of mainspace edits.
