The Pokémon Daisuki Club (Japanese: ポケモンだいすきクラブ Pokémon Daisuki Club) is the name of the Japanese Pokémon fan club, the Japanese equivalent to Pokémon Trainer Club. It features several activities for its members, including a customizable Trainer profile, mini-games, contests, events and special offers.
Special offers
Among other things, Pokémon Daisuki Club frequently features special offers for its members. Notably, there is a Nintendo DS Lite Special Edition designed specifically for the Daisuki Club; coming in four variations, all white, it features poses of Pikachu and the Generation IV starters. Another two special white Nintendo DS Lites featuring Giratina and Arceus with the creation trio, have also been available for members of the club, accommodating the release of Pokémon Platinum and the revelation of Arceus respectively. Other Pokémon merchandise have also been made available.
Mini-games
Several mini-games and related activities are available in Pokémon Daisuki Club, some permanent and others available in special events and festivals. The Pokémon Trainer Club also uses a lot of these games along with others, styled on a similar manner.
Manga and books
A number of Pokémon manga and books have been made available for members of the Pokémon Daisuki Club. That includes Hidenori Kusaka and Satoshi Yamamoto's Pokémon Ranger - the Comic and Pokémon Ranger Batonnage - the Comic, available for reading exclusively for the club's members. The site also features a series of children books, namely, Pokémon Daisuki Ehon. Most recently, a short Trading Card Game-based manga series named Pokémon Card Game Battle Comic was held, promoting the LEGEND series.
