The Battle Tower in Sinnoh is on the northern land mass. Only Elite Four Champions can reach it by going to the Snowpoint City Harbor. It is the only place of interest in the area until the player has acquired the National Dex.
Much like the Battle Frontier in Hoenn, it uses battle points which can be traded for prizes in the big castle.
