Release information

This card was reprinted as one of the Nintendo Black Star Promos with different artwork by the same artist. It was released in November 2003 at Pokémon card leagues. In Japan, it was released with Shōgakukan Magazine in February 2003.

Origin

Bubble and Slash are both moves in the Pokémon games, though Marshtomp cannot learn either.
