Trivia
The card's Weakness is printed as Metal, the TCG equivalent to the Steel-type. Seel, as a pure Water-type, is actually resistant to Steel-type attacks. It's possible that the card's creator may have mistaken Seel as being dual-type Water/Ice like its evolution or a Pokémon with a similar name (the latter of which is actually Ice/Water).
Origin
Freezing Headbutt is similar to Headbutt, a move in the Pokémon games that Seel can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
