From the Web masterHello to all visitors to Fushigipedia, your home on the world wide web for all things relating to the Pocket Monster games, as well as the Japanese animated series, manga and collectible card game. It's an exciting time for fans of our favorite series, with the recent announcement of an American release for Pocket Monster Red and Blue Versions. The Japanese anime has been on hiatus recently, for reasons you may have read about in the news, but it is scheduled to return in just a few weeks with brand new episodes! New visitors may well be asking: "What is Fushigipedia?" Fushigipedia is part of the Fushigidane's Mysterious Flower Garden network of internet sites. Put simply, Fushigipedia is the world wide web's number one resource for Pocket Monster information! Those of you already enjoying the Japanese-language games will no doubt appreciate Fushigipedia's detailed articles on all 150 (+1) Pokémon, as well as the games' many techniques, places and items. But what makes Fushigipedia special is this: it's the encyclopedia that you can edit! Unfortunately, you can't edit it right now, due to the sudden influx of information about the English-language games. We're getting more hits than ever before, and it's been taxing our server to the limit, and so we have had to turn off editing for the time being. Don't worry, though: next month we plan to upgrade the server with a whopping 256MB of RAM, so we don't foresee this being a problem ever again. For any suggestions, comments or feedback, you can visit the Fushigipedia section of the forums or our chatroom. Thanks for visiting our little home on the web, and let's all look forward to playing Red and Blue in English!
