PokéRinger is a competition featuring Flying Pokémon. The game is similar to soccer; a hot air balloon containing a ring hanging from it gets released into the air. The Pokémon try to retrieve the ring and deliver it to a target on the ground. It is held in Crossgate Town.
In the anime
James and Ash Ketchum competed with Jessie's Dustox and Ash's Taillow in the competition featured in That's Just Swellow. The Taillow in a final fight against Dustox evolved into Swellow and won.
In the games
PokéRinger is currently not featured in any of the Pokémon games for any platform.
