::Again, I remind you to try and steer clear of reviving older discussions. Whenever these are restarted, they seem to end up in arguments over everyone's talk pages. It was especially unneeded in this case, as your first edit to [[Talk:Nimbasa City]] did not add to the existing discussion, which was dated to before we even knew the English name of the city. It is true that some off-topic posts are not removed straight away; it seems to me, though, that anyone who has seen posts of that nature has the sense not to reply anyway (and I personally think that the Water Absorb question was somewhat on-topic (at least, more on-topic than discussing the pronunciation of a type of noodle), but would have better been asked on a page such as [[damage]]).

Talk Page Comments

Removing talk page comments, including the initial welcome template, is prohibited per Bulbapedia's talk page policy. Please do not remove any comments in the future. If you wish to clean old comments away, you should archive your talk page instead. Thank you! --たかはり 08:56, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

To archive pages you should move the page to the new title, not copy the content, so as to preserve the history. --SnorlaxMonster 08:58, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
...but I did archive them? I even posted a link on the page that takes you to the archives? But then for some reason Tek deleted the link to the archives? I have restored the page to how it was now. felinoel 12:27, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
With the move button, not copy/paste onto a new page, so that the history is attached to the correct page. --SnorlaxMonster 12:33, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
Odd, if it will get people to stop editing my page then I will do it. felinoel 22:56, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

TCG online characters

The descriptions you are putting on the pages you are creating seem like they are taken from some sort of official bio... If I'm not mistaken, that's a bad idea... CuboneKing 03:37, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Official bios are a bad idea? felinoel 04:23, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Look

I read what you wrote and realized my mistake, and added that she can be battled 4 times in 3 of the leagues. That's why I asked you to read it again. You also kept reverting back to a messy format, which I have been going around to fix, if you haven't noticed already. If you are going to revert back, at least fix your spelling mistakes, and see that I have changed the format for all the pages. Jellotalk 07:03, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Image talk

It doesn't go here. You need to go to the archives and talk about it there. Or talk to the user who changed it. Please do not create it again or I'm blocking you. --ケンジガール 07:19, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

A little bit of info or something before going straight to the threat would have been nice, thank you. The first couple of times I figured the servers were to blame, wouldn't have been the first time. felinoel 07:23, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Wait... which archives? felinoel 07:23, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
These. Masatoshitalk 07:30, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Wait... is it servers or just server? felinoel 07:37, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
It's a site. As the Main Page says: The Bulbagarden Archives is an integral part of the Bulbawiki system. It hosts the sprites, screenshots, scans and animations used on Bulbapedia, Bulbanews, and Bulbagarden's other projects. Ideally, all images used on Bulbawiki will be stored on the Archives. We do not seek to store every Pokémon-related image on the internet, merely those relevant to the encyclopedia and news services that Bulbagarden provides. Masatoshitalk 07:47, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
No no, I am referencing...
The first couple of times I figured the servers were to blame
whether or not I should have said server instead of servers. felinoel 07:55, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
It doesn't really matter. But servers would be the correct term. Masatoshitalk 08:00, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
I guess that is true just wanted to be sure my terminology usage was correct, and ah so there are more than one server then, k. felinoel 08:04, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Hi Felinoel.

I've been following your many discussions around the place and have a few things to note. Some of your questions may have already been answered, but bear with me.

  • First, there is a message in a green bar on every file talk page that says "please don't edit this page". So you were informed before you edited that you should not be editing.
  • Second, if a page you are watching is deleted, then the deletion log will appear on your watchlist.
  • Third, try and avoid getting in arguments with other users. If you feel the discussion may get heated, then step away from your computer.
  • Fourth, replying to old talk page sections is allowed provided the original question has not already been answered and provided the section is still somewhat recent.
  • Fifth, you need to pay more attention to the information you put into the mainspace. Yes, you are one of a few editors editing the TCGO articles but that does not excuse you from spelling, grammar, and the manual of style.

Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for reading, —darklordtrom 08:22, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

First: Woah... well there are a lot of things written everywhere, sorry I missed one? In a court of law that can be held against me but am not sure if the same can be said for the internet...
Second: I get email updates, I don't use the watchlist I only use the email updates, that way I don't miss anything, would I not get an email update on a page deletion?
Third: So just leave locked pages that have incorrect information alone? Incorrect information that I must note was changed to the correct info eventually, just saying so you know that me saying it was incorrect was not a matter of opinion.
Fourth: The original question was answered but it didn't seem to work for me?
Fifth: I did not see any spelling errors that were fixed and I already apologized for that, as for the grammar "errors" I must say that they weren't errors, the English language has no definite set of rules for grammar, it in fact has multiple varying rules that not only differ from each other but also contradict each other. It is not my fault that what I use is different from what someone else uses? As for the manual of style... I will look into that.
felinoel 08:34, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Also, no worries but my name is felinoel. felinoel 08:56, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

(This message is written without sarcasm, just in case any readers get the wrong idea.) Sorry, was trying to be helpful. No need to overreact. I think the email watchlist only works for edits made, not log changes. For an example of bad grammar and style, see this edit. If you're getting stressed over something, take a break. That's what I'm doing. See you in a week. We can talk about this then if it's still an issue. —darklordtrom 11:33, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Doesn't appear as if there was any as of then? felinoel 11:48, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Please...

You've been making too many edits to the User talk: namespace lately. Please take your conversations to the forums, a chatroom, e-mail, an IM service, or something similar, as that many edits will slow down the server. --梅子 03:29, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

What? Can you link me? felinoel 04:15, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Talk pages

Just a heads up, it's nicer and cleaner if you keep all the talk page discussions with users on one page and not branching them off onto several other pages. Thank you. --P S Yライダー 04:23, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

I have been doing it that way here for years? This is the first anyone has mentioned this? felinoel 04:29, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
Also, another thing. Please remember to use the preview button. It condenses several changes into one saved edit. Thank you. --P S Yライダー 05:24, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
If you are talking about that then/than thing I just did I did use the preview but it wasn't until I saved it before I realized I used the wrong one, I always get those mixed up... felinoel 05:27, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
(conflicted a billion times) Either way, it would be appreciated if you could start this practice now without a fuss. Keeping conversations on the same page allows for much greater interaction between multiple users and makes the discussion easier to read. Thanks.
