A Psychic (Japanese: サイキッカー, Psychicker, French: kinesiste, German: psycho, Italian. psiche, Spanish: médium) is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation I games. They were originally only male, but in Generation III, female Psychics started to appear. They are depicted as boys or girls levitating Poké Balls with psychokinesis.
They specialize in Psychic-type Pokémon, and also in Ghost-type Pokémon in Generation IV.
