LaRousse City is the setting of the seventh Pokémon movie, Destiny Deoxys. It is a technologically advanced city with moving walkways and a large presence of "Blocky" robots. The city's main power source seems to be its windmills.
The most famous attraction in LaRousse is the Battle Tower.
Location
According to the promotional map handed out with Destiny Deoxys Japanese release, LaRousse City is located in northern Hoenn, somewhat near Fortree City.

LaRousse is based off Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is the second time a movie-made city was based off a real city outside of Japan.
