No, it was the other user. What did you do wrong? You reverted an edit that was already undone before, since the previous user ignored the warning. Isn't that what good users do? The protection is there so he doesn't try it again. No sweat. --rockersk08 23:35, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

A couple of questions

Below are some questions that I have, and I hope it doesn't take away too much of your time.

• Did all the pictures on Bulbapedia just die or something?
• Why was only the main page of Bulbagarden available a few hours ago?
• Does moving a userpage into the mainspace count as a userspace edit?
• Does deleting a userpage count as a userspace edit?
• Are there any cases where it is allowed to make more than one userspace edit per day?
• When will adding trivia be allowed, and why is it currently banned? --Enervation 15:38, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

Hey there. Apologies for not responding quickly, currently busy with classes. I'll answer in order.

1. I wasn't aware of any picture errors since I haven't been on until now. If there were problems, it could have been server issues. Either way, it looks resolved now.
2. Again, possibly server issues. I'm out of the loop on that one.
3. Moving a userpage into the mainspace generally doesn't count as a userspace edit. It technically isn't an edit, but moving into the mainspace if the page is ready is productive.
4. Deleting a userpage, again, doesn't count as an edit. This shouldn't apply to you since deletion is a power for admins and above. If you mean sticking {{Delete}} onto the page, that does count.
5. Generally, any personal information you are adding to your userspace counts for the edit. If you are working for something that will go into the mainspace or if you are fixing broken links in the userspace, that's okay, but for the first, you should keep in mind the preview key.
6. I am unsure when it will be lifted, but it was primarly put in to increase productivity and reduce server stress since trivia is generally unimportant.

I can't edit a page

Can't I please edit my user page again? It's been blocked for almost three weeks now. I can explain what happened: there was so (at least I remember so), that three edits were allowed to the user page a day. Then, when I found out about that rule of 1 edit/day, I just kinda ignored it, especially as I had many "three edits a day" days without any locking. So please, it was all a misunderstanding. You can't save up unused edits and use them all at once. That's never been how it works. Also, it was at the top of every page, ignorance isn't an excuse. However, looking at it, I do feel that three months was a bit harsh, and you've done plenty of work in the mainspace this month, so I've unprotected it. Werdnae (talk) 19:21, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
