Kappei Yamaguchi (Japanese: 山口勝平 Yamaguchi Kappei) is a Japanese seiyū in the Pokémon anime. His real name is Mitsuo Yamaguchi (Japanese: 山口光雄 Yamaguchi Mitsuo) and he was born May 23, 1965 in Fukuoka, Fukuoka. His main role is providing the voice for Todd (Japanese: トオル Tōru).
