Toss Items are items in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness. They can be thrown at foes to deal direct damage over a distance.
Arc Toss Items
These items fly in arcs - and over walls - when thrown. Items of this type usually inflict fixed damage.
Geo Pebble
- Damage: 10 (15 in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team)[citation needed]
Gravelerock
- Price: 10 Poké
- Sell Price: 5 Poké
- Damage: 20
- Sometimes known as Graveler's Stone. It is colored gray in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, and brownish-red in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness.
Rare Fossil
- Damage: 100
- This item can be found only in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness. It is one of the legendary treasure items that can be found only on treasure-hunting missions.
Straight-Line Toss Items
These throw items are tossed in a sraight line, and damage the first Pokémon they hit. They stop after flying a certain distance or hitting a wall (unless the user has the Long Toss or Pierce status). In the latter case, should the user be holding a Curve Band, the item will turn upon reaching a wall.
Stick
- Price: 2 Poké
- Sell Price: 1 Poké
- When thrown, it flies in a straight line and deals damage with an attack power of 1.
Iron Thorn
- Price: 4 Poké
- Sell Price: 2 Poké
- When thrown, it flies in a straight line and deals damage with an attack power of 4.
Silver Spike
- Price: 6 Poké
- Sell Price: 3 Poké
- When thrown, flies in a straight line and deals damage with an attack power of 6.
Unown Stones
- Sell Price: 10 Poké
- Damage: 60 (90 in Explorers of Sky)
- There are stones for each letter of the alphabet, plus ! and ?.
- Only the stones that spell out ROCK, ICE, and STEEL serve any other purpose.

- Attack power: 20

Cacnea Spike
- When thrown, flies in a straight line and deals damage with an attack power of 2.

Corsola Twig
