4. . is a glitch Pokémon that can be found in the Yellow version by doing Method #3 of the Mew glitch using a Pokémon with a special stat of 197. Its Red/Blue equivalent is PkMn.
4. .'s number is #055, its type is water, its cry resembles the cry of a Golduck, and its starting moves are Scratch, Tail Whip, and Disable.
4. . is the only glitch Pokémon with a visible Pokédex entry. Its data entry, weight and height are the same as Dragonair's. The only differences are the picture and the fact that its species appears as RAGON instead of DRAGON.
