Pokémon Illustator (Japanese: ポケモンイラストレーター Pokémon Illustrator) is a Trainer card. It is one of the Unnumbered Promotional cards.

Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was awarded to those who had a winning entry in the Pokémon Card Game Illustration Contest, started in late 1997. The card was never released in English.

- This card is considered to be among the rarest in the world. Only 4 copies are confirmed to exist.
- The card has "Illustrator" at the top instead of "Trainer".
- This card is also the only card with the unique pen symbol in the bottom right corner of the card.
