Frosty Forest (Japanese: じゅひょうの もり Frosty Forest) is the twelfth dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It takes place in a snow-enveloped forest in the far north. It is connected to Frosty Grotto. It is the domain of Articuno.

It consists of 9 floors. There is no chance of finding a Monster House or buried items this dungeon. The first time the player approaches Frosty Forest, it may be preceded by Snow Path. There is a chance of finding a shop on every floor.

The Frosty Forest is also mentioned in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Ginji's Rescue Team, the manga version for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. Ginji and Mudkip have to go through the Frosty Forest in order to meet Ninetales. Along the way, they meet an Absol and Articuno.
