Nando's Roselia (Japanese: ナオシのロゼリア Naoshi's Roselia) is a Pokémon owned by Nando. Its Japanese seiyū is 川上とも子 Tomoko Kawakami* and Michelle Knotz in English.
It first appeared as Budew in DP004, then evolved later in the same episode. Nando used to it to fight Dawn and Ash. Nando and Roselia also appeared in DP036.
