Team Flare is a criminal organization located in the Kalos Region they at first seemed to only be interested in money but as the games progress its revealed they plan on wiping out all Pokemon and people on in the world to make a 'happier' world they are eventually stopped by the protagonist and get disbanded after their leader Lysander is crushed by the ultimate weapon while trying to harness the legendary pokemons power. | |||

A Team Flare Grunt (Japanese: フレア団のしたっぱ Team Flare Underling) is a type of Trainer class introduced in Generation VI. It consists of members of Team Flare, that are dressed in an orange uniform.
