In the episode, Oswald's device goes off in front of Jigglypuff, Clefairy, and Togepi. All three are fairy pokemon which indicates that despite being ahead of it's time, the device functions to detect fairy type pokemon. | |||

In the episode, Oswald's device goes off in front of Jigglypuff, Clefairy, and Togepi. All three are fairy pokemon which indicates that despite being ahead of it's time, the device functions to detect fairy type pokemon.
