Fortree City, located approximately between Mauville and Lilycove, is one of the the sixteen cities of Hoenn, the land in which the games Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald take place.
Fortree's gym leader, Winona, uses Flying Pokémon. When defeated, she awards the challenger with the Featherbadge, which allows the player to use Fly outside of battle.
