As an Elekid

Paul's Electabuzz (Japanese: シンジのエレブー Shinji's Eleboo) is one of Paul's strongest Pokémon. It is not known how he captured it, but he had it with him during his first appearance. It is voiced by 三宅健太 Kenta Miyake in both Japanese and English.

In its first appearance, it was an Elekid. Paul used it to battle Ash. It went up against Pikachu, but the battle ended up in a draw. Paul, known for his dislike of weak Pokémon, decided to keep the Template:Type2 on his team.

Paul also used it in his battle against Roark, where it defeated his Geodude and Cranidos.

In DP052, Elekid evolves into Electabuzz during a tag battle with whom he was fighting alongside Ash's Chimchar, who Paul used to have, against Dawn's Buizel and another person's Heracross.
