Release information

In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2005, and was later released in the English expansion, EX Holon Phantoms. This card was reprinted in July 2005 as one of the PCG-P Promotional cards with new artwork by the 2005 Pikachu Project. This print was distributed alongside Regice and Registeel to those who attended the theatrical showing of Mew and the Wave-Guiding Hero: Lucario.
