Shizuka Itō (Japanese: 伊藤静 Itō Shizuka) (born December 5th, 1980 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.

Itō began her work during the Best Wishes series. So far her only role is that of Ash's rival, Bianca.
