I know you're worried about ph34r or whatever the heck he's calling himself, but at this point, he has done nothing wrong. I can't block him just for writing on his userpage that "This page has been taken over by ph34r," because users are free to put whatever they want on their userpages. As of now, I'm keeping a lookout for vandalism, and I will act if he does anything to a page of any sort. However, I do greatly appreciate your concern. Signature

Could you please sign talk pages with 4 ~ signs? Then yous signature will work. To get a signature working though, you'll need to go to "my preferences" (up there, along with your talk page and user page) and type the code for your signature in "Nickname", and be sure to turn Raw signatures on.
