Vulpix/Ninetales
That's weird. Vulpix can be bred with Psych Up but both Pokémon aren't under the Move Tutor? Please confirm since I haven't finished the game yet. ^^;

- Well, it's the same with Psyduck/Golduck before Gen IV. Neither could learn Psychic via TM, but Psyduck could be bred it. TTEchidna 10:47, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
