Think it would be easier to navigate. Why this layout?
Current layout is this:

It takes lots of time to scroll down.
Why not to make it like that:
Info Header Header Header 100 names 100 names 100 names ... Navigation
or even like that:

Header
Gen I Gen II
Gen III Gen IV
Gen V Gen VI
Gen VII
Navigation
?
