The Seal Bag is a glitch item that can be obtained on the GTS. Currently, it is unknown how exactly the glitch to get it works.
The item was originally supposed to hold up to 10 Seals, but was rejected in favor of the Seal Case. It still remains in the program for the game, for some reason. Template:Gamestub
