Shadowy aura (Japanese: やみのオーラ Aura of darkness) is a type of weather that only appeared in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and has never had an overworld manifestation.
A shadowy aura is created by using Shadow Sky and will last for five turns.

Effects
In battle
- At the end of each turn, damages each Pokémon for 1/16 of its maximum HP, unless it is a Shadow Pokémon.
- Changes Weather Ball to a ???-type move and doubles its power.
