Fitzwilliam (Japanese: ヨシミツ Yoshimitsu) is Drake's first mate and the character of the day in the episode Vanity Affair.
Fitzwilliam first appeared when waving at Drake when the ship was coming near land. When May stated that Drake was not so strong—for a person in the Elite Four—Fitzwilliam told them not to be so sure, and to wait and see what he meant. Fitzwilliam also explained what Drake’s strategy was with his Shelgon, when the Pokémon knocked out Pikachu.
