Glacier Palace - Eastern Spire (Japanese: グレッシャーパレス 東の塔 Glacier Palace - East Tower) is a playable dungeon the player goes through in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. It has 12 floors and seven bosses. This dungeon is accessible after completing the Tyrian Maze dungeon. Recruited Pokémon automatically get sent back to Pokémon Paradise instead of staying with the group. After the main story-line, this dungeon can be entered from Hazy Pass and Scorching Desert with a high aura level.

Trivia
- After the main story-line, Glacier Palace - Eastern Spire looks exactly like Glacier Palace - Western Spire instead when entered from Hazy Pass and Scorching Desert.
