The Elevator Key (Japanese: エレベーターのキー Expedition Rules, written as エレベーターキー in Generation III) is a Key Item introduced in Generation III. There are three Elevator Keys in the game; one in Pokémon Colosseum, another in its sequel, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, and one in Pokémon X and Y.

The Elevator Key unlocks the elevator in Pyrite Bldg leading to The Under.

The Elevator Key unlocks the Pre Gym's elevator after stopping Cipher's siege on Phenac City.

The Elevator Key unlocks the elevator in Lysandre Labs.

XD	The key for the elevator in the Pre Gym.
XY ORAS SM USUM*	A card key that activates the elevator in Lysandre Labs. It is emblazoned with Team Flare's logo.
