Tetsuya Kakihara

Tetsuya Kakihara (柿原 徹也 Kakihara Tetsuya, born on December 24, 1982 in Düsseldorf, West Germany) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime. His only role was of Reggie in the Diamond & Pearl series .
