Mini-game
The long strip contains data for the Tokotoko Truck mini-game. Four other P Promotional cards are also required to play it.
Release information
This card was one of six available through the Pokémon Happy Adventure Rally 2002, which ran on the JR East Yamanote Line from August 3 to August 18, 2002. Celebi could be obtained at the booth present at Pokémon Center Tokyo.
Trivia
Origin
Supersonic is a move in the Pokémon games; however, Celebi cannot learn it. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Silver.
