| The episode starts with {{Ash}} and {{anIgo}} arriving in the [[Unova]] region where they intend to go to the ruins in the desert resort. However, upon arriving at the desert they realise that it was way too hot and big for travelling by foot . There they encountered a mysterious girl with her [[Meditite]] who suggested them to use their flying Pokemon to do desert surfing and cross the desert . Ash takes out his [[Dragonite]] who hugs her in affection while go took out his [[Beedrill]] . The girl took out her [[Brivary]] to whom she handed a rope and holds it while standing on a surf board as they went away. Ash and go does the same and in turn do a small race . However, Dragonite due to his high speed took off to the air with Ash and Pikachu who were visibly exhausted after the flight.
