Graham Halstead is a voice actor for the English dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Halstead was born and raised in Virginia and became a voice actor as an adult. He joined the anime during Pokémon the Series: XY where he voiced Character of the day Locke. He later gained a more notable role in the form of recurring character Kanoa. Halstead is now living and working in Brooklyn, New York City.
