An overview of the Courageous Cavern's dens

Active dens can have a weak, red pillar of light or a strong, purple pillar of light. Dens with a purple pillar are rarer and may contain Pokémon from the "rare pools" below, while those with a red pillar may contain Pokémon from the "common pools".

If Wild Area News is active, any den may select Pokémon from its pool instead; if this happens, the den activates with a red pillar of light just like the den's common pool.

This den is directly ahead from the Challenge Beach entrance, in an alcove along the right side.

B

This den is down the slope on the left side where the path splits in multiple directions, coming from Challenge Beach. At the bottom, there are three dens. This one is to the left of the middle rock.

C

This den is down the slope on the left side where the path splits in multiple directions, coming from Challenge Beach. At the bottom, there are three dens. This one is behind the middle rock.

D

This den is down the slope on the left side where the path splits in multiple directions, coming from Challenge Beach. At the bottom, there are three dens. This one is to the right of the middle rock.

E

This den is on the bit of land to the left after heading down the underground stream, which can be found up the slope towards the centre where the path splits in multiple directions, coming from Challenge Beach.

F

This den is along the path to the right where the path splits in multiple directions, coming from Challenge Beach. Before the exit, turn left.
