Release information
This card was included in the EX Emerald expansion with artwork originating from a joint illustration by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese PokéPark Blue Premium File. It was reprinted as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards with new artwork by an unknown artist. In Japan, it was available to those who rode Twister: Fury in the Sky at the PokéPark in March 2005. The logo for this ride is in the bottom right corner of the illustration, covering the illustrator name.
