Mrs. Otter (Japanese: おタネ Otane) is a character of the day who appeared in Pokéblock, Stock, and Berry. Her name in the English dub was only revealed through the closed captions available on Prime Video.
Mrs. Otter runs the store single-handedly and keeps her Pokéblock recipes secret, even from her daughter Kelly. She sources her Berries from the freshest source, the Lilycove Berry Market.
