Glameow tend to appear in urban environments, probably because they have a domesticated quality. It is also possible to see them in the forest.

Glameow is based off of a cat.
Name origin
Glameow's name is possibly from glamorous and meow. Its Japanese name, Nyarmar, comes from the word nyā, the Japanese equivalent of meow, the sound that a cat makes.
Its German name, Charmian, comes from Charme and miauen. Its French name, Chaglam, comes from chat and glamour.
