Billy

(Japanese: Billy) is a character of the day who appeared in JN098. Billy is a circus performer specializing in Electric-types.

Billy was first seen practicing a performance alongside his Eevee nicknamed Lime, which he planned to evolve into a Jolteon during the next performance. While talking to Ash, Goh, and Chloe, a Fire Stone was accidentally dropped on his Eevee, causing him to evolve into Flareon. Honoka's Eevee accidentally became a Jolteon so Billy took her instead but she refused to listen to his commands. While practicing with his other Pokémon, Lime showed off his Ember and Billy was able to come up with a plan which involved Honoka and Chloe's Eevee to do a performance.

After their performance, Billy provided Chloe with a Thunder Stone so that Chloe could evolve her Eevee into a Jolteon one day.

(Japanese: Lime) is Billy's first known Pokémon. As an Eevee, Billy planned to evolve him with a Thunder Stone during a circus performance, only for him to come into contact with a Fire Stone, causing him to evolve into Flareon instead. Lime was taken by Honoka as she preferred Fire-types but Lime wouldn't listen to her commands and returned to Billy where he was able to add to his performance with Thunder Shock. Working with Honoka's Jolteon and Chloe's Eevee, Lime was able to put on a performance.

Lime's only known move is Ember.

Shinx ♂

Shinx is Billy's second known Pokémon. After Lime evolved into a Flareon, Billy worked with his other Electric-type Pokémon for a performance which included using Thunder Shock on the trapeze.

Shinx's only known move is Thunder Shock.

Helioptile

Helioptile is Billy's third known Pokémon. After Lime evolved into a Flareon, Billy worked with his other Electric-type Pokémon for a performance which included using Thunder Shock on the trapeze.
