Foreboding Forest (Japanese: こわそうな森 Frightening Forest) is a dungeon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon that is located on the Water Continent. It is unlocked after completing Lush Forest.
The player first visits this dungeon after overhearing an argument between Deerling, Pancham, and Shelmet. Deerling is angry at Pancham and Shelmet for daring Goomy to go into the forest alone to retrieve and write his name on a piece of paper they had left inside. The player goes into the forest to find Goomy who has not yet returned. On the first visit, the player will find Goomy on the fourth floor, and exit the dungeon thereafter; the complete dungeon is accessible in subsequent visits.
