Nugget Bridge was one of the most popular VGC websites in the last decade, the site was created on June 2012.

Goal

Nugget Bridge aims to develop and toughen the competitive Pokémon community by providing a place for players to learn, share, compete, and socialize.[1]

History

Just before the 2012 US and Canadian National Championships, Nugget Bridge was born. Their website staff is made up of former administrators and moderators from Smogon University.

In December 2016, the site was hacked. A news post was released on December 26, 2016, talking about the situation, and urging users to change their passwords and use security services.[2] After this post, nothing else has been posted from Nugget Bridge ever since, however, the site still exists, but it is mostly abandoned and ignored.
