Entry So rare that it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

Release information

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the February 1997 issue of CoroCoro Comic, released in January 1997. It was later released again as a special card at the JR Stamp Rally. The English version of the card was released through Pokémon card leagues in June 2002.

Trivia

  • A misprint was made on the English version of this card. Its Psyshock attack was printed as saying "Confused" where it should say "Paralyzed".
  • This card is commonly known as Lily Pad Mew, referring to its illustration.

Origin

Psyshock's Japanese name is that of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games. Mew cannot learn this move.
