Sand Rush (Japanese: すなかき Sand Paddle) is an Ability introduced in Generation V. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, it is the signature Ability of Sandshrew and Sandslash.
Effect
In battle
During a sandstorm, the Speed stat of Pokémon with this Ability is doubled. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from the sandstorm if it otherwise would.
Outside of battle
There are no effects outside of battle.
