Regarding your Wish Cave edit

Are you saying that cross gen babies and evos of the first 386 Pokémon (such as Budew and Roserade) cannot be gotten through Jirachi?

As far as I can tell, yes. I tried getting the new Eeveelutions that way so they'd have their own stats but it wouldn't give them to me. Trainer Alex (talk) 23:51, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
